Upon the opening of London’s newest and hottest sustainable restaurant, Apricity, BLANK hosted a 25-person invite-only press dinner of attendees driving the conversation in culture (art, food, and fashion) with particular focus on sustainability.
Chef Chantelle Nicholson curated a menu that highlighted carbon neutral solutions and took guests through her inspiration in opening the restaurant and her passion behind sustainable food solutions.
BLANK added value by showcasing how an experience such as this was able to contribute to positive momentum and collectively lower the planet’s carbon footprint.
